Reservations and Cancellations
To confirm your reservation we normally accept a 50% deposit payable by credit card, cheque or direct deposit with the balance payable on 7 days prior to arrival. Should you wish for another arrangement, please don't hesitate to ask.
Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled 7 days after the booking was made. If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival, a refund is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the premises. If a re-booking is made then the deposit is refunded less a 50% administration fee. If a re-booking does not occur, a refund will not be made. The person that made the booking must make cancellations in writing.
Arrival and Departure
The premises are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10:00AM on the day of departure. Please leave your key in the gong when departing. Lost keys will incur a $40 charge.
Animals
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior authorisation has been given.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all future guests we ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the house, ample undercover outdoor areas are available.
BBQ
Please clean the BBQ before you leave at the end of your stay
Garbage Collection
Please put the garbage bin out on Monday night for collection early on Tuesday morning.
Damages and Extra Cleaning Accidents do happen and I ask that you report any damage or breakages that occur during your stay. Although your house is professionally cleaned, I ask that dishes are washed, general tidying up done and excess rubbish removed. If you choose to leave your house with basic personal domestics undone an additional cleaning charges will apply.
